Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the emulsions industry.

Key Responsibilities :
  • • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the emulsions sector.
  • • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Kamsons and promote our offerings.
  • • Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and R&D, to align business development efforts with company goals.
Qualifications :
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • • 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or chemicals industry.
  • • Strong understanding of emulsions and related products is highly desirable.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the acrylic emulsions industry, including an understanding of the production process, storage requirements, and transportation considerations.
  • • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze and solve problems related to transportation, scheduling, and dispatch operations.
  • • Quick decision-making skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team of dispatchers and logistics professionals.
  • • The ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • • Organization and Time Management:
  • • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage a fast-paced dispatch environment.
  • • Regulatory Knowledge - Awareness of and adherence to transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
  • • Customer Service Orientation: A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to address customer inquiries or concerns related to dispatch and logistics.
  • • Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to the transportation and handling of acrylic emulsions.
